Other sizes are not compatible with the printing process.
Requests for maps from GIS should be made prior to the submittal deadline for agenda
items.
The staff person making a presentation should ensure in advance of the meeting that
they are familiar with the operation of the equipment in the Council Chamber and that
it is functioning properly. Contact FCTV staff for assistance.
If the item was discussed at a work session, the post work session staff summary MUST
be included with AIS.
Any staff person bringing agreements or leases for Council approval is responsible for
gathering the signatures on those agreements or leases. The Clerk’s Office needs one
original for its records.
*If significant revisions are requested after preliminary agenda review, the item will
not be locked until end of day on Thursday.
