REGULAR MEETING Purpose of Item Utilities Income Qualified Assistance Program (IQAP) and Medical Assistance Program (IMAP) Propose code amendments to modify the Income-Qualified Assistance Program (IQAP) to be an “opt-out” program for LEAP enrolled Fort Collins Utilities customers. Additionally, this item proposes sunsetting the Medical Assistance Program (MAP) and merging it with IQAP to streamline the overall administration of Utilities Affordability Programs.
