MINUTES OF A CALLED MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Held
at 4:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday, February 23, 1965.
They were all present and with Arthur A. March, Jr. also present. The Mayor
explained to the press present that this meeting was called for the purpose of reviewing
all the evidence presented in the case of the Ram's Horn, Inc., application for a 3.2%
beer license. After this announcement, motion was made by Councilman McMillan, seconded
by Councilwoman Quinn, that the Council go into executive session for the purpose of re-
viewing the evidence presented with the application of Ramvs Horn, Inc., for a 3.2% beer
license and the called meeting of the Council be adjourned. Roll was called resulting as
follows: Ayes: Councilmen Johnson, Colwell, McMillan, Guyer and Councilwoman Quinn.
Nayes: None. The President declared the motion adopte and the Council adjourned.
