and Approving the Execution and Delivery by the City of
an Agreement with Woodward, Inc., and Related
Documents, Including Authorizing the Issuance of a Bond,
in Connection with an Economic Development Project
Relating to Woodward, Inc.; and Providing Other Matters
Related Thereto.
B. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 056, 2013,
Appropriating General Fund Reserves to Fund a
Reimbursement Reserve Fund in Connection with an
Agreement Between the City, Downtown Development
Authority and Woodward, Inc., Regarding the Link-n-
greens Development.
