Adjourned Meeting - 6:00 p.m.
An adjourned meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins was held on Tuesday, January 22,
2013, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Fort Collins City Hall. Roll Call was
answered by the following Councilmembers: Horak, Kottwitz, Manvel, Ohlson, Poppaw, Troxell,
and Weikunat.
Staff Members Present: Williams, Nelson, Roy.
Executive Session Authorized
Mayor Pro Tern Ohlson made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Manvel, to adjourn into
executive session as permitted under Section 2-31(a)(2) of the City Code for the purpose of meeting
with the City Attorney, City Manager and other affected members of City staff to discuss potential
litigation, and the manner in which particular policies, practices or regulations of the City may be
affected by existing or proposed provisions of federal, state or local law. Yeas: Horak, Kottwitz,
Manvel, Ohlson, Poppaw, Troxell, and Weikunat. Nays: none.
THE MOTION CARRIED.
Adjournment
At the conclusion of the executive session, the meeting was adjourned at 7:07 p.m.
