Adjourned Meeting - 6:00 p.m.
An adjourned meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins was held on Tuesday,
September 9, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Fort Collins City Hall.
Roll Call was answered by the following Councilmembers: Campana, Cunniff, Horak,
Overbeck, Troxell, and Weitkunat.
Councilmembers Absent: Poppaw
Staff Members Present: Atteberry, Knoll, Daggett.
Executive Session Authorized
Councilmember Horak made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Cunniff, to go into
executive session for the purpose of meeting with the City's legal counsel, the City Manager,
other affected members of City staff, and consultants for the City to discuss specific legal
questions related to potential litigation and related legal issues as permitted under Section 2-
31(a)(2) of the City Code. Yeas: Campana, Cunniff, Hoark, Overbeck, Troxell and Weitkunat.
Nays: none.
THE MOTION CARRIED.
Adiournment
At the conclusion of the executive session, the meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
