Special Meeting - 8,45 p.m.
A special meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins was held on Tuesday, January 22, 2008,
at 8:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Fort Collins City Hall. Roll Call was answered
by the following Councilmembers: Brown, Hutchinson, Manvel, Ohlson, Poppaw, Roy, and Troxell.
Councilmember Ohlson made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Manvel, to go executive
session, as permitted under Code Sections 2-31(2) and (3), to consider a possible real property
acquisition and to confer with the City Attorney regarding related legal issues.
Adjournment
The meeting adjourned at 9:35 p.m.
