Assistant Present: Councilmen Carson, Troxell, Kissock, Kruchten and Bennett. / City -Attorney March, Jr., and Director of Public Works Liquin. Absent: City Manager Coffey, excused. Motion was made by Councilman Kissock, seconded by Councilman Kruchten, that the reading of the minutes of the last .regular meeting held February 20, 1969, be dispensed with. Roll was called resulting as follows: Ayes: Councilmen Carson, Troxell, Kissock, Kruchten and Bennett. Nayes: None. The President declared the motion adopted The following ordinance was presented on second reading: �G-- ORDINANCE NO. 6, 1969 BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY Motion was made by Councilman Kruchten, seconded by Councilman Kissock, that Ordinance No. 6, 1969, be adopted and become a law upon passage. Ordinance No. 25. 1968,'rezoni.ng the Fort Collins Federal Savings and Loan property was presented on first reading June 6, 1968, and tabled. Motion was made by Councilman Bennett, seconded by Councilman Troxell, that this ordinance be removed from the table. Roll was called resulting as follows: Ayes: Coiz_ncilmen Carson, Troxell. Kissock, Kruchten and Bennett. Nayes: None. The President declared the motion adopted. The following ordinance was presented on second -reading: to-'- ORDINANCE NO. 25, 1968 BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY Motion was made by Councilman Bennett, seconded by Councilman Troxell, that Ordinance No. 25, 1968, be adopted and become a law upon passage. Right-of-way agreements for the West Lake Sewer Line was presented. Motion was made by Councilman Troxell, seconded by Councilman Bennett, that they be accepted and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the above agreements. Roll was called resulting as follows: Ayes: Councilmen Carson, Troxell, Kissock, Kruchten and Bennett. Nayes: None. The President declared the motion adopted. 'z 2J, _ Bids on the onstruction of the water main to Aqua Tek, which was tabled on February 6, 1969. was again presented. Motion was made by Councilman Bennett, seconded by Councilman Troxell, that it be removed from the table. Roll was called resulting as follows: Ayes: Councilmen Carson, Troxell, Kissock, Kruchten and Bennett. Nayes: None. The President declared the motion adopted. After some discussion, motion was made by Councilman Bennett, seconded by Councilman Kruchten, that all bids be rejected due to the lapse of required acceptance. Roll was called resulting as follows: Ayes: Councilmen Carson, Troxell, Kissock, Kruchten and Bennett. Nayes: None. The President declared the motion adopted. The Assistant City Attom ey stated that there was 1/40th share of Pleasant 274 Valley and Lake Canal stock in the name of Opal Whicker and since there was no title to be had, motion was made by Councilman Kissock, seconded by Councilman Kruchten, that the matter be referred to the City Attorney to proceed 1;he preparing of a bond to cover this portion of water upon which the title could not be located. R611 was called resulting as follows: Ayes: Councilmen Carson, Troxell, Kissock, Kruchten and Bennett. Nayes None. The President declared the motion adopted. i�q A memorandum of agreement was presented covering 40 shares of Capital Stock of the North Poudre Irrigation Company, which the City had purchased from John A. and Maxine M. Griffin. The agreement gives them the right to rent this water for a period of 10 years beginning January 1, 1969• Motion was made by Councilman Troxell, seconded by Councilman Bennett, that this be approved and the City Manager and City Clerk be authoriz to execute same.
