A Special Meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins was held on
Thursday, .January 24, 1975 at 2:00 P.M. in the Council Chamber in the City
of Fort Collins City Hall.

of the City Council
Pursuant to the request of the Mayor., J. W. N. Fead of the City of Fort
Collins, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Fort Collins,
is hereby called for 2:00 P.M. on Friday, January 24, 1975 in the Council
° Chamber of the City Ball of the City of Fort Collins for the purpose
of discussion on the refunding of seiner bonds.

Pursuant to the above call, duly given, Assistant Mayor Gray called the meeting to
order. There were present: Council me_,:bers Gray, Reeves, Russell and
Nilkinson.
Absent: Council members Fead, Bowling and Preble.
Staff members present: Brunton, Li_r�:iai, Cain and Lewis.

City Manager Brunton stated the City Attorney and he had been over the
refunding figures with the City"s fiscal agents from Boettcher and
Conppany. Instead of the bonds being issued through'1994, they will now
be issued through 1990 saving $485,000 in principle and $208,943 in interest
plus $30,000 in escrow earnings.
mr. Ilium Krahl spoke to the shortening of the issue and the adjustment of
the schedule.
Councilman Russell made a motion, seconded by Councilman Wilkinson, to
authorize the execution of the refunding of Sewer Improvement Revenue
Bond agreement. Yeas: Council members Gray, Reeves, Russell and
Wilkinson. Nays: None.
Adjournment
Councilwoman Reeves made a motion, seconded by Councilman Wilkinson, that
the meeting be adjourned. Yeas: Council members Cray, Reeves, Russell
and Wilkinson. Nays: None.
