Adjourned Meeting - 1:00 p.m.
An adjourned meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins was held
on Monday, November 23, 1981, at 1:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the
City of Fort Collins City Hall. Roll call was answered by the following
Councilmembers: Cassell, Clarke, Elliott, Horak, Knezovich, Reeves and
Wilmarth.
Staff Members Present: Arnold, Liley, Krajicek.
Ordinance Authorizing the Execution of an Agreement
for the Purchase of 60+ acres and the Option of 60+
acres of Real Property from Fuqua Enterprises,
Tabled on Final Reading to November 24
Councilmember Cassell made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Clarke,
to table Ordinance No. 175, 1981, on Final Reading until November 24.
Yeas: Councilmembers Cassell, Clarke, Elliott, Horak, Knezovich, Reeves and
Wilmarth. Nays: None.
THE MOTION CARRIED.

Councilmember Clarke made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Cassell,
to adjourn into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing personnel
matters relating to the selection of a new City Attorney. Yeas: Council -
members Cassell, Clarke, Elliott, Horak, Knezovich, Reeves and Wilmarth.
Nays: None.
THE MOTION CARRIED.
At the conclusion of the Executive Session, the meeting adjourned at 6:50
p.m.
