MEMORANDUM

RE: Council Meeting of November 20, 1979
At 5:50 P.M. on Tuesday, November 20, 1979, a commercial
conference call was placed to the following members of the
City Council: Charles Bowling, Elery Wilmarth, Burton Kross,
Earl Wilkinson, and Lloyd St. Croix. All of the above
individuals responded to the conference call and indicated
that they were located within the City of Fort Collins. The
Mayor called the meeting to order and, using the perogative
of the chair, deviated from normal procedure by considering
the following motion:
Moved that all matters presently set for
this meeting, and all public hearings
thereon be tabled to the regularly
scheduled meeting of December 4, 1979,
at 5:30 P.M.
The motion was seconded by Earl Wilkinson.
The Mayor then called the question and the vote on the
motion was as follows:
Mr. Wilmarth: Yes
Mr. Bowling: Yes
Mr. Kross: Yes
Mr. Wilkinson: Yes
Mr. St. Croix: Yes
Thereafter, the meeting was adjourned until December 4,
1979, at 5:30 P.M.
