COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
November 1, 1983
3:10 p.m.
An Adjourned Meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins was held on
Tuesday, November 1, 1983, at 3:10 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the New
Municipal Building. Roll call was answered by the following Councilmem-
bers: Knezovich, Ohlson, Rutstein, and Stoner.
(Secretary's Note: Councilmember Horak arrived at 3:15 p.m., Councilmember
Clarke arrived at 3:20 p.m., and Councilmember Elliott arrived at 4:40 p.m.)
Staff Present: Arnold, Huisjen, Krajicek
Councilmember Ohlson made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Rutstein, to
adjourn into Executive Session for the purpose of conducting the evalua-
tions of the City Manager and the City Attorney. Yeas: Councilmembers
Knezovich, Ohlson, and Rutstein. Nays: Councilmember Stoner.
THE MOTION CARRIED.
At the conclusion of the Executive Session, Councilmember Horak made a
motion, seconded by Councilmember Elliott, to adjourn the meeting orig-
inally convened on October 25. Yeas: Councilmembers Clarke, Elliott,
Horak, Knezovich, Ohlson, Rutstein, and Stoner. Nays: None.
THE MOTION CARRIED.
The meeting adjourned at 5:25 p.m.
