COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
September 23, 1986
5:00 p.m.
An adjourned meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins was held on
Tuesday, September 23, 1986, in the Council Chambers of the New Municipal
Building, 300 West LaPorte Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado. Roll call was
answered by the following Councilmembers: Estrada, Kirkpatrick, Liebler,
Ohlson, Rutstein and :Stoner.
Absent: Councilmember Horak.
Staff Members Present: Burkett, Huisjen, Krajicek
Resolution 86-155 Making Appointments to the
Housing Authority. Tabled to October 7. 1986
Following is staff's memorandum on this item:
' "Two vacancies currently exist on the Housing Authority due to the
resignation of Geraldine Aragon and Ken Bonetti. The Council liaison has
reviewed the applications on file and conducted interviews.
Recommendations for the prospective appointees will be announced at the
September 23 adjourned Council meeting.
In keeping with Council's policy, this Resolution will be tabled until
October 7 to allow for public input."
Councilmember Liebler noted that she and Councilmember Estrada had
interviewed all the applicants for these two vacancies and now were ready
to announce their selections.
Councilmember Liebler made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Estrada, to
adopt Resolution 86-155 inserting the names as follows:

Councilmember Rutstein made a motion, seconded by Councilmember
Kirkpatrick, to table Resolution 86-155 to October 7. Yeas: Councilmembers
Estrada, Kirkpatrick, Liebler, Ohlson, Rutstein, and Stoner. Nays: None.

Adjournment
There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilmember
Stoner made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Estrada, to adjourn the
meeting. Yeas: Councilmembers Estrada, Kirkpatrick, Liebler, Ohlson, and
Rutstein. Nays: None.
THE MOTION CARRIED.
The meeting adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
