An adjourned meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins was held on
Tuesday, October 9, 1990, at 6:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the City of
Fort Collins City Hall. Roll call was answered by the following Councilmembers:
Azari, Edwards, Horak, Kirkpatrick, Mabry, Maxey, and Winokur.
Staff Members Present: Burkett, Krajicek, Roy
Executive Session Authorized
Councilmember Azari made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Kirkpatrick, to
adjourn into Executive Session to discuss legal issues relating to an adversary
situation.
Councilmember Horak stated he was not persuaded this was a legal issue. He noted
that he believed it was more a political issue.
The vote on Councilmember Azari's motion was as follows: Yeas: Councilmembers,
Azari, Edwards and Kirkpatrick. Nays: Councilmembers Horak, Mabry, Maxey and
Winokur.
THE MOTION FAILED.
Adjournment
There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting was
adjourned at 6:20 p.m. AL
