An adjourned meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins was held on Tuesday, November
22, 1994, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the City of Fort Collins City Hall. Roll call
was answered by the following Councilmembers: Apt, Azari, Janett, Kneeland, McCluskey and
Smith.
Staff Members Present: Davis, Jones, Roy.
Councilmember Janett made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Kneeland, to adjourn into
Executive Session for the purposes of conducting the annual performance evaluations of the City
Attorney, Municipal Judge, and the Interim City Manager. The vote on Councilmember Janett's
motion was as follows: Apt, Azari, Janett, Kneeland and McCluskey. Nays: Councilmember
' Smith.
THE MOTION CARRIED.
The meeting reconvened at 9:15 p.m.
Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned to 6:30 p.m., November 29 to
appointment to fill the vacancy in the Office of District 6 Cc
