Adjourned Meeting - 3:00 p.m.
An adjourned meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins was held on Tuesday, November
25, 1997, at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Fort Collins City Hall. Roll Call was
answered by the following Councilmembers: Azari, Bertschy, Byrne, Kneeland, Mason, Smith and
Wanner.
Staff Members Present: Fischbach, Krajicek and Roy.
Mayor Azari stated the purpose of continuing the meeting of November 18, 1997 is to consider
adjourning into Executive Session to discuss the annual evaluations of the City Manager, City
Attorney and Municipal Judge.
Councilmember Smith made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Kneeland, to adjourn into
Executive Session for the purpose of conducting performance evaluations of the City Manager, City
Attorney and Municipal Judge. Yeas: Councilmembers Azari, Bertschy, Byrne, Kneeland, Mason,
Smith and Wanner. Nays: None.
THE MOTION CARRIED.
The meeting reconvened at 6:50 p.m.
Mayor Azari stated she believed the Council's employees performed, at a satisfactory level and stated
that salaries for the City Manager, City Attorney and Municipal Judge would be set at the regular
Council meeting of December 2. She commented that Councilmembers would be making formal
statements regarding the above mentioned employees at that time.
The meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
