Adjourned Meeting - 6:00 p.m.
An adjourned meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins was held on Tuesday, July 8, 1997,
at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Fort Collins City Hall. Roll Call was answered
by the following Councilmembers: Azari, Bertschy, Byrne and Wanner.
Councilmember's Absent: Kneeland and Mason.
('"Secretary Note: Councilmember Smith arrived at 6:05 p.m.)
Staff Members Present: Fischbach, Roy, Krajicek.
Councilmember Wanner made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Byrne, to adjourn into
Executive Session to consider personnel matters relating to the mid -year evaluations of the City
Attorney, City Manager and Municipal Judge. Yeas: Councilmembers Azari, Bertschy, Byrne and
Wanner. Nays: None.
THE MOTION CARRIED.
The meeting adjourned at 10:05 p.m.
