Adjourned Meeting - 6:00 p.m.
An adjourned meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins was held on Tuesday, November
30, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Fort Collins City Hall. Roll Call was
answered by the following Councilmembers: Hutchinson, Kottwitz, Manvel, Ohlson, Poppaw, Roy
and Troxell.
Staff Members Present: Atteberry, Harris, Roy.
Executive Session Authorized
Councilmember Ohlson made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Roy, to go into executive
session, as permitted under Section 2-3 l (a)(1)(a) ofthe City Code to conduct the performance review
of its three direct employees, the City Manager, City Attorney and Municipal Judge. Yeas:
Hutchinson, Kottwitz, Manvel, Ohlson,sPoppaw, Roy and Troxell. Nays: none.
THE MOTION CARRIED.
(Secretary's note: The Council went into executive session at this point in the meeting.)
Adjournment
At the conclusion of the executive session, the meeting was adjourned at 10:03 p.m.
