Adjourned Meeting - 6:00 p.m.
An adjourned meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins was held on Tuesday, June 8, 2010,
at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Fort Collins City Hall. Roll Call was answered
by the following Councilmembers: Hutchinson, Kottwitz, Manvel; Ohlson, Poppaw, and Roy.
Councilmember Absent: Troxell
Staff Members Present: Atteberry, Krajicek, Roy.
Executive Session Authorized
Councilmember Ohlson made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Manvel, to go into executive
session, as permitted under Section 2-3 1 (a)(1)(a) of the City Code for the purpose of reviewing and
discussing the performance of the City Manager, City Attorney, and Municipal. Yeas: Hutchinson,
Kottwitz, Manvel, Ohlson, Poppaw, and Roy. Nays: none.
THE MOTION CARRIED.
(**Secretary's note: The Council went into executive session at this point in the meeting.)
Adjournment
At the conclusion of the executive session, the meeting was adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
