Adjourned Meeting - 8:30 p.m.
An adjourned meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins was held on Tuesday, March 9,
2010, at 8:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Fort Collins City Hall. Roll Call was
answered by the following Councilmembers: Hutchinson, Kottwitz, Manvel, Ohlson, Poppaw, Roy
and Troxell.
Staff Members Present: Atteberry, Krajicek, Roy.
Executive Session Authorized
Councilmember Ohlson made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Manvel, to go into executive
session, as permitted under Section 2-31(a)(2) for the purpose of meeting with the City Attorney,
City Manager, and other affected members of City staff to discuss pending litigation and related legal
issues. Yeas: Hutchinson, Kottwitz, Manvel, Ohlson, Poppaw, Roy and,Troxell. Nays: none.
THE MOTION CARRIED.
("Secretary's note: The Council went into executive session at this point in the meeting.)
Adjournment
At the conclusion of the executive session, the meeting was adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
