Special Meeting - 6:00 p.m.
A special meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins was held on Tuesday, August 22, 2006,
at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Fort Collins City Hall. Roll Call was answered
by the following Councilmembers: Brown, Hutchinson, Kastein, Manvel, Ohlson, Roy, and
Weitkunat.
Staff Members Present: Atteberry, Krajicek, Roy.
Executive Session Authorized
Mayor Pro Tern Weitkunat made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Manvel, to adjourn into
executive session under Sections 2-31(a)(2) and 2-31(a)(3) of the City Code for the purposes of
meeting with the City Attorney to discuss potential litigation and the manner in which certain
policies or practices of the city may be affected by existing law and to consider real property
acquisitions by the City. Yeas: Councilmembers Brown, Hutchinson, Kastein, Manvel, Ohlson,
Roy, and Weitkunat. Nays: None.
THE MOTION CARRIED.
("Secretary's Note: The Council adjourned into Executive Session at 6:00 p.m. and reconvened
following the Executive Session at 6:40 p.m.)
