ITEM ACTION
ITEMS NEEDING INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION
16. Motion to continue work to address the Adopted 6-1
transportation challenges in Fort Collins and (Nays: Troxell)
surrounding jurisdictions, through public outreach
that includes inter-governmental discussions,and that
the City Manager in consultation with the Council
Leadership Team, bring forward for Council
consideration, no later than April 2009, a
recommended funding mechanism to address those
transportation challenges.

2. First Reading of Ordinance No. 008,Authorizing the Adopted 7-0
Issuance of City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
Stormwater Utility Enterprise, Storm Drainage
Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2007, in the

$21,820,000, in the Stormwater Utility Fund.
