Adjourned Meeting - 8:00 p.m.
A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins was held on Thursday, April 29, 2004,
at 8:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Fort Collins City Hall. Roll Call was answered
by the following Councilmembers: Bertschy, Hamrick, Kastein, Martinez, Roy and Weitkunat.
Councilmembers Absent: Tharp.
Staff Members Present: Fischbach, Krajicek and Roy.
Mayor Pro Tem Bertschy made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Hamrick to adjourn into
Executive Session for the purpose of discussing legal and land acquisition matters. The vote on the
motion was as follows: Yeas: Councilmembers Bertschy, Hamrick, Kastein, Martinez, Roy and
Weitkunat..
THE MOTION CARRIED.
Adjournment
The meeting adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
