COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO

Adjourned Meeting - 4:00 p.m.
An adjourned meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins was held on Tuesday, July 8, 2003,
at 4:00 p.m, in the Council Chambers of the City of Fort Collins City Hall. Roll Call was answered
by the following Councilmembers: Bertschy, Hamrick, Martinez, Roy, Tharp and Weitkunat.
(Note: Councilmember Kastein arrived at 4:15 p.m.)
Staff Members Present: Fischbach, Krajicek, Roy.
Councilmember Tharp made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Weitkunat, to adjourn into
Executive Session to conduct the mid -year evaluation of the City Manager, City Attorney and
Municipal Judge. The vote on the motion was as follows: Yeas: Councilmembers Bertschy,
Hamrick, Martinez, Roy, Tharp and Weitkunat. Nays: None. (Councilmember Kastein arrived
during the executive session.)
THE MOTION CARRIED
The meeting reconvened at 5:40 p.m.
Councilmember Bertschy, made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Tharp, to adjourn the
meeting until the Study Session has concluded to allow the Council to reconvene the Executive
Session for the purpose of discussing legal matters and real property acquisition and sales. Yeas:
Councilmembers Bertschy, Hamrick, Martinez, Kastein, Roy, Tharp and Weitkunat. Nays: None.
The meeting adjourned at 5:42 p.m.
At the conclusion of the Study Session, the Executive Session reconvened at 9:00 p.m.
