At an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Fort Collins
Colorado, held in the City Hall of said City on June, 20th, 1913 pursuant to adjournment
of June 16th, 1913. the following proceedings were made of record.
Present.
H. M. Balmer, Mayor
Aldermen, Abbott, Armitage, Eves, Johnson Mathews
St. Clair, Watson
Absent Aldermen Glessner and Yard.
Moved by Alderman Armitage and seconded by Alderman Abbott and when put to a
vote carried, the bids of the Northern Printing Co. and The Stiffler-Robinson Printing Cc
be referred to the Committee on Purchasing to report next meeting
Moved by Alderman Eves and seconded by Alderman Abbott that the bill of Fred
Garnick for 0 55.15 be allowed end charged to Park Fund for services and labor
The roll being called the vote stood as follows.
Ayes Alderman Abbott, Armit_ge, Eves, Johnson
Mathews, St. Clair, Watson
Nays Aldermen, -'—
Absent Aldermen Glessner, Schlichter and Yard.
All aldermen present votin in the affirmative the motion was carried and so
declared by the Mayor.
On motion by Alderman St. Clair seconded by Alderman Abbott the Communication
The Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph Co. was referred to the Committee on Law and
Ordinance and the City Attorney to handle as they see fit.
Moved by Alderman Eves and seconded by Alderman Abbott that the Specifications
for Sewer District rr 32 be adopted as read.
The roll being called the vote stood as follows.
Ayes Aldermen, Abbott Armitage, Eves
Johnson Mathews St. Clair Watson
Nays Aldermen- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Absent aldermen Glessner, Schlichter and Yard.
All aldermen present voting in the affirmative the motion was carried and so
declared by the Mayor.
On motion duly seconded and when put to a vote carried the Council adjourned
until June 27th 1913 at 7:30 P. M.
