At a regular, meeting of the City Council held in the Council chamber of the
City Hall, on January 26th, 1914 the following proceedings were had and approved.
Present -
Samuel H. Clammer, President
D. C. Armitage and Alfred A. Edwards Commissioners.
Frank J. Annis City Attorney.
On motion the reading of the minutes of January 19th approved.
On motion the following communication was ordered 'spread upon the records.
Statement of Gross Earnings
of
The Poudre Valley Gas. Co.
To the Honorable Mayor and Commissioners of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado.
In compliance with the terms of the franchise granted to the Poudre Valley Gas
.Company by the City of Fort Collins, the following report is herewith submitted.
The gross income of said company for the year beginning January 1st and ending
December 31st, 1913, derived from the operation of the Gas Works of said Company was
19093•85 and 1% which, by the franchise is to be paid to the city is $ 190.93

On motion the communication from the Womens Club Commending the City Coc;mis-
sioners in their efforts in regards cleaning the streets was ordered placed upon file.
On motion the petition from certain free holders requesting a street from
Pine Street to Linden Street was referred to the City E Cineer and the Commissioner of
works to report at the next meeting.
Whereupon Council adjourned.
