D. 1913 the following proceedings were had. The following resolution was adopted. Death has entered the home of our associate and fellow Commissioners D. C. Armitage and removed a faithful and devoted wife and mother, and we his asso- ciates desire to'place upon record and to tender to'our fellow Commissioner and his family our deepest sympathy and sincere condolence in the great loss sustained by them. The Clerk is directed to 'transmit a,/copy of this action to Commissioner Armitage. Preset at the meeting President Clammer. Commissioners Armitage and Edwards City Attorney, Fran J. Annis. On motion the reading; of the minutes of the previous meeting read and approved. On motion Commissioner of Works D. C. Armitage was instructed to expend not more than 0 15.00 on the skateing pond out at the College Grounds. The roll being; called the vote stood as follows. Ayes Commissioners Clammer, Armitage and Edwards Nags Commissioners.. .. All commissioners voting in the affirmative the motion was carried and so declared by the Mayor. Moved by Commissioner Edwards that the following pay rolls be allowed Salaries 382.08 General Expense 15.00 Streets 231.35 Water Works 188.50 Per. Streets'. 8.40 The roll being called the vote stood as follows. Ayes Commissioner, Clammer, Armitage amd Edwards Nays Commissioner.. .. .. .. .. .. .. All commissioners voting in the affirmative the motion was carried and so declared by the Mayor. On motion the following resolution was adopted. Resolved by the City Council that all officers of the City be and are hereby re- quired to submit written reports to the Council at the first regular meeting of the Council each month and said reports must be filed with the City Clerk on or before 4 P. m. of the day when such reports are due. The roll being called the vote stood as follows. Ayes Commissioner, Clammer, Armitage and Edwards Nays Commissioner.. .. .. .. .... .. .. .. ..
