M. The following proceedings were had and approved. Present. President, Samuel H. Clacmner Commissioner of Public Works, D. C. Armitage. Commissioner of Finance Alfred A. Edwards. City Attorney Frank J. Annis As there wws no business to transact Council adjourned to 7. 30 P. 14. Moved by commissioner Edwards and seconded by Commissioner Armitage that the following resolution be adc,pted. Resolved by the City Council that for the purpose of providing for an accurate census of all dogs owned or harbored withi the corporate limits that the Commissioner of Safety be _nd hereby is authorized to appoint a special policeman whose duty shall be to take a complete and accur-te census of all the dogs within the corporate li Ats of thr Cit and list and report the same to the City Clerk, and the City Clerk shall proceed to enforc the collection of dog license as required ':y ordinance passed and _dopted March 18th, 1912 The roll bein,; called the vote stood as follows. Moved by commissio er Armitage and seconded by commissioner Edwards that the following ordinance be passed on first reading and that the same be ordered published according to law. ORDINANCE 170. 1913 ,ELATING TO THE JEFFERSON STREET IMPROVFI.iENT DISTRICT NO.1, THE CONSTRUCTION OF SAID I1:•1PROVE21Y'TS /JTD PROVIDIIiG ^OP THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS TO FAY THE COST OF CON�'TRUCTION THEREOF.
