At an adjourned regular'meeting of the City Council of the City of Fort Collins held at the City Hall on November loth A. D. 1913. the following pro - ceedings were had. Present President Samuel H. Clammer Commissioners D. C. Armitage and Alfred A. �dwards City Attorney Frank J. Annis: Moved by Commissi6ner Edwards and seconded by Commissioner Armitage that the Petition of Geo. T: Elwick for License to run a Bowling Alley be granted. The roll being called the vote stood as follows. Ayes Commissioners Clammer, Armitage and Edwards. Nays Commissioner .. .. .. .. .. All Commissioners voting in the affirmative the motion was carried and so declared by the Mayor. Moved by Co:.unissioner Armitage and seconded by commissioner Edwards that the Commissioner of Public Works be instructed to proceed with the repair and changes in the City Hall as reported oxi in his report. The roll being called the vote stood as follows. Ayes Commissioners Clamnmer, Armitage and Edwards. Nays Commissioners.. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. . 'All commissioners voting in the affirmative the motion was carried and so declared by the President. On motion duly seconded and when put to a vote carried the report of the Commissioner of Public Works be accepted. Regular order of business suspended. On motion the matter of the Telephone Co. request for a revocable permit be referred to the Commissioner of Public Works and the City Attorney. Commissioner Edwards reported that he had looked up the Culver ab- stract and Loan and also the legal opinion of City Attorney Frank J. Annis and find the title in C. 0. Culver Moved by Commissioner Edwards and seconded by Commissioner Armit_ge that the City Clerk be instructed to draw a warrant in favor of the First Natl Bank in the sum of 3 60.00 and the P. V. Natl. Bank in the sum of $ 200.00 for interst coupons paid by them. The roll being called the vote stood as follows. Ayes Commissioners Clammer, Armitage and Edwrads. On motion the report of the City Attorney was ordered placed on file. Moved by commissioner Armitage and seconded by Commissioner Edwards that the Agreement and application of John Gault et al asking for per I ssions to tap water main on South Shields Street be approved and that the Mayor and City Clerk endorse approval thereof. All ocmnmissioners voting in the affirmative the motion was carried and so declared by the President. Moved by Commissioner Armitage and seconded by commissioner Edwards that the following resolution be adopted. Resolved by the City Council that the Johnston Creamery Company be and hereby required to install a meter in the Co ' are mpanys plant on Laporte Avenue at once and that after said installation the said company shall be required to settle with the city for all water used and to be used upon meter rates.
