1. Consideration of a motion for the City Council to ao into Executive Session:
"i move that the City Council go into executive session:
1. To interview, receive confidential information about and discuss the finalists for the city
manager position, pursuant to:
• Article Two, Section Eleven of the City Charter,
• Section 2-31(a)(1) of the City Code and
• Colorado Revised Statutes Section 24-6-402(4)(f)(roman numeral one) AND
2. To discuss with the City's attorneys and appropriate management staff the manner in
which the particular policies, and practices related to the conduct of executive sessions
and interviewing of job applicants may be affected by existing or proposed provisions
of federal, state or local law, to pursuant to
• City Charter Article Roman Numeral Two, Section 11(2),
• City Code Section 2-31(a)(2) and
• Colorado Revised Statutes Section 24-6-402(4)(b)."
