COVID-19 Update (staff: Jim Byrne; 15 minute presentation, 45 minute discussion) 2. 2019 Poudre Fire Authority Annual Report (staff: Tom Demint; 10 minute presentation, 30 minute discussion) The purpose of this item is to discuss the Poudre Fire Authority’s (PFA) overall performance in fulfilling its responsibilities under the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between its parent organizations, as well as the implications to PFA from the COVID-19 pandemic. 3. Equity and Inclusion Update (staff: Janet Freeman, Jackie Kozak-Thiel; 15 minute presentation, 45 minute discussion) The purpose of this item is to provide an overview of how the City is working to embed equity and inclusion into its COVID-19 response, including sharing information on the Just in Time Equity lens and rapid response team as well as a preliminary vision for the principles of community, data collection and equity indicators work.
