Consideration of an Appeal of the Planning and Zoning Board Decision Regarding the Union on Elizabeth Project Development Plan/Final Plan PDP/FDP170024. (staff: Cameron Gloss, Jason Holland; 20 minute staff presentation; 2 hour discussion) The purpose of this item is to consider an appeal of the Planning and Zoning Board decision to approve the Union on Elizabeth Project Development Plan/Final Plan. Outdoor Residential Wood Burning. (staff: Cassie Archuleta, Lucinda Smith; 15 minute staff presentation; 45 minute discussion) The purpose of this item is to provide City Council with an overview of the objective, scope and public engagement plan for public outreach and deliberation regarding outdoor residential wood burning and to receive feedback. City Council has identified outdoor burning as a City Council priority. 2. City Plan Update - Trends and Forces. (staff: Ryan Mounce, Cameron Gloss; 10 minute staff presentation; 30 minute discussion) The purpose of this item is to update Council and the community about key findings from the draft City Plan: Trends & Forces report. The report provides information about current conditions and anticipated trends on a range of topics such as demographics, transportation, development activity and land supply, housing access, the economy, climate action, and more. Staff anticipates sharing information contained in the report as part of the launch of public activities for City Plan to build a common understanding of existing conditions prior to updating and refining the community vision.  OTHER BUSINESS.  ADJOURNMENT.
