SUBJECT:
Second Reading of Ordinance No. 55, 2001, Appropriating Unanticipated Revenue in the Storm
Drainage Fund Old Town Basin Project.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends adoption of the Ordinance on Second Reading.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Locust Street Outfall was oversized to include storm drainage for Colorado State University.
Colorado State University has reimbursed the City $211,000 for its share of the project cost. An
appropriation of this amount is needed in order to make the Old Town Basin Project whole. This
Ordinance, which was unanimously adopted on First Reading on April 17, 2001, appropriates the
amount received as unanticipated revenue for the Storm Drainage Fund Old Town Basin Project.
