Second Reading of Ordinance No. 13, 2001, Appropriating Unanticipated Revenue in the Water
Fund Master Plan Facilities Project.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends adoption of the Ordinance on Second Reading.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Ordinance No. 13, 2001, was unanimously adopted on First Reading on February 6, 2001,
appropriating funds in the Water Fund Master Plan Facilities Project from the Soldier Canyon Filter
Plant to the City for its share of the expenses related to the construction of the 24-inch pipeline.

An appropriation of this amount is needed in order to make the Master Plan Facilities Project budget
complete. This Ordinance appropriates the amount received as unanticipated revenue for Water
Fund Master Plan Facilities Project.
