RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends adoption of the Ordinance on Second Reading. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: City Council met in Executive Session on November 13,2001 to conduct the performance appraisal of Municipal Judge Kathleen M. Lane. This Ordinance, which was unanimously adopted on First Reading on November 20, 2001, establishes the 2002 salary provided the Municipal Judge at $91,904 for a total compensation of$118,235. City Attotne}. and Municipal Judge.adopted b% the Council via Resolution 2001-121 on October 17. 2000 and further amended by the adoption of Resolution _001-'.8 on February 6, 2001. provides that any change in compensation for the City Manager, Citv .attorney and Municipal Judge will be adopted by the Council by ordinance in sufficient time for the change in compensation to take effect as of the first full pay period of the ensuing year.
