RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends adoption of the Ordinance on Second Reading. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The Cities of Fort Collins and Loveland each own a 50% share of the Fort Collins-Loveland Municipal Airport. Centre Point LLC has received approval of the Loveland-Fort Collins Industrial Airpark 9th Subdivision from the Loveland Planning Commission, but is required to obtain the proposed utility,drainage and temporary construction easements in order to develop the Subdivision. Centre Point has agreed to improve the Airport retention pond by increasing its size. The improvements to be constructed in the easements will also be beneficial for the Airport. Ordinance No. 202,2001, which was unanimously adopted on First Reading on November 20,2001, conveys the easements necessary for the Loveland-Fort Collins Industrial Airpark 9th Subdivision.
