RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends adoption of the Ordinance on Second Reading. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: City Council met in Executive Session on November 13,2001 to conduct the performance appraisal of City Manager John Fischbach. This Ordinance, which was adopted by a vote of 5-2 on First Reading on November 20, 2001, establishes the 2002 salary and compensation provided the City Manager at a salary of$148,213 for a total compensation of$183,267.
