f_XECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Ordinance No. 41, 2001, which was unanimously adopted on First Reading on March 6, 2001,
conveys a non-exclusive easement for the construction of a sanitary sewer line located along the
west boundary of the Staley Neighborhood Park site, and is being installed to serve a new
development to the west of the Park site.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Staley Neighborhood Park is located on th4 gi side of echter Road (East County Road
36) between Ziegler Road (County Road 9) and S a itr oad (County Road 7). The park
site is 10 acres in total area and joins the 15-acre Pour' ool District site to the east.
The proposed sanitary sewe'.-ihe wrlF_ b6ated alon west boundary of the Staley
Neighborhood Park site, a}i, is being installed i$erve a ne e, Iopment to the west of the
Park site. The permanen sewer line right-ofZla 'll be 20' de and adjacent to the park
boundary. The tempor 0' wide construction ent will be located adjacent and to the
