RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends adoption of the Resolution. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Vacancies currently exist on various boards, commissions, and authorities due to resignations of board members and the expiration of terms of members. Applications were solicited during September. Council received copies of the applications and Council teams interviewed applicants during October and November. This Resolution makes appointments to 24 boards and commissions, excluding only the Planning and Zoning Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals (appointments to those boards are being considered through a separate resolution). Names of those individuals recommended for appointment by each Council interview team have been inserted in the Resolution. In addition, this Resolution affirms one Team Fort Collins appointment to the Youth Advisory Board. The application is attached for this appointee since she is being recommended by Team Fort Collins and did not go through the Council interview process. RESOLUTION 2001-167 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS BOARDS, COMMISSIONS, AND AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS WHEREAS,vacancies currently exist on various boards,commissions,and authorities of the City due to resignations from board members or the expiration of terms of members of the boards; and WHEREAS,the City Council desires to make appointments to fill the vacancies which exist on the various boards, commissions, and authorities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows: Section 1.
