RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends acceptance of the deeds and easements described below. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: A. Deed of dedication for easement from Midpoint Development,LLC,for a temporary grading easement, located on Midpoint Drive, south of Prospect Road and east of Timberline Road. Deed of dedication for easement from Midpoint Development,LLC,for apermanent sanitary sewer easement, located on Midpoint Drive,south of Prospect Road and east of Timberline Road.
