RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends acceptance of the deeds and easements described below.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
A. Deed of dedication for easement from Midpoint Development,LLC,for a temporary grading
easement, located on Midpoint Drive, south of Prospect Road and east of Timberline Road.
Monetary consideration: $10. (See Map#1). Staff: Sheri Wamhoff.
B. Deed of dedication for easement from Midpoint Development,LLC,for apermanent sanitary
sewer easement, located on Midpoint Drive,south of Prospect Road and east of Timberline
Road. Monetary consideration: $10. (See Map #2). Staff: Sheri Wamhoff.
C. Deed of dedication for easement from Timberline Partners,Limited,LLLP,for a permanent
utility easement, located on Midpoint Drive,south of Prospect Road and east of Timberline
Road. Monetary consideration: $10. (See Map #3). Staff: Sheri Wamhoff.
D. Deed of dedication for easement from Midpoint Development,LLC, for a permanent water
line easement, located on Midpoint Drive, south of Prospect Road and east of Timberline

a padmount transformer, located at 620 Smith Street. Monetary consideration: $72. (See

J. Deed of dedication for easement from Midpoint Development, LLC, for a permanent
easement for utilities, located on Midpoint Drive, south of Prospect Road and east of
