RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends adoption of the Ordinance on Second Reading. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This Ordinance, which was unanimously adopted on January 15, 2002, with an amendment to remove the eighth WHEREAS clause,appropriates the unanticipated grant revenue for the general operating support for the Adaptive Recreation Opportunities Program Recreation Works Project. CSU pr ides employment evaluation,training, and placement assistance whi ARO program provides; valuation and transition into recreational pursuits.
