RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends adoption of the Ordinance on Second Reading. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This. Ordinance, which was unanimously adopted on First Reading on December 18. 2001, vacates the right-of-way for two street stubs that were originally dedicated in the Rigden Farm, Filing One, these stubs are no longer necessary.
