Second Reading of Ordinance No. 214, 2001, Vacating Two Portions of Right-of-Way as
Dedicated on the Plat of Rigden Farm, Filing One.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends adoption of the Ordinance on Second Reading.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This. Ordinance, which was unanimously adopted on First Reading on December 18. 2001,
vacates the right-of-way for two street stubs that were originally dedicated in the Rigden Farm,
Filing One, these stubs are no longer necessary.

RECOMMEIVDATION:
Staff recommends adoption of the Ordinance on First Reading.
EXECUTIVE: SUMMARY:
The Rigden Farm development site is located so rake ad, east of Timberline Road and
east of Ziegler Road. As a part of Rigden Farm, Fi it was anticipated that Custer Road
would extend easterly beyond Ch and that ed street would extend easterly
beyond Chase Drive betwee To
