Routine Easement.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends acceptance of the easement described below.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
A. Easement dedication from New Belgium Brewing Company, Inc., for an 8" underground
waterline related to and associated with the City's Traffic Operations Facility Project,located
at Linde Street and east Vine Drive. Monetary consideration: $10. (See Map#1).
