Routine Easements.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Downtown Alley Improvement Project is a joint project with the City of Fort Collins and the Downtown
Development Authority("DDA"). The alley being improved this year is known as the West Myrtle Alley and is bound
by College Avenue, Mason Street, Laurel and Myrtle Streets. Construction is scheduled for this summer.
