RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends acceptance of the easements described below. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: A. Easement deed of dedication for a permanent drainage easement, from Elizabeth Street Housing Investors, located north of Elizabeth Street and west of City Park Avenue. Monetary consideration: $10.
