Routine Deed and Easement.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends acceptance of the deed and easement described below.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
A. Deed of dedication for utility easement from Cactus Rose Development, Ltd., for a utility
easement,located on the south west corner of Taft Hill Road and LaPorte Avenue. Monetary
consideration: $500. (See Map #1).
B. Deed of dedication for right-of-way from Cactus Rose Development Group,Ltd.,for a road
right-of-way, located on the south west corner of Taft Hill Road and LaPorte Avenue.
Monetary consideration: $520. (See Map #2).
