RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends adoption of the Ordinance on Second Reading. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The Eagle Cliff Development is located adjacent to the north boundary, near L.emay Avenue, of Fossil Creek Community Park. The Park includes land on the north side of Fossil Creek that is in the floodplain for the creek. The Eagle Cliff Development will need to extend stormwater drainage improvements across this portion of the Park to allow storm flows to discharge into Fossil Creek. Ordinance No. 028, 2003, was unanimously adopted on First Reading on February 18, 2003.
