Property at Southridge Greens Golf Course to New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC for the Installation of a
Telecommunication Monopine Tower and Related Equipment, and the Grant of Associated Easements.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
New Cingular Wireless PSC, LLC(AT&T)has withdrawn its application for an option to lease, and a subsequent lease
of, City-owned property at Southridge Greens Golf Course. AT&T will be looking for a new site in this area.
