RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends adoption of the Resolution. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY A vacancy currently exists on the Air Quality Advisory Board due to the resignation of Shane Armstrong. Applications were solicited and Councilmembers Roy and Ohlson conducted interviews. The Council interview team is recommending Katrina Winbom to fill the vacancy with a term to begin immediately and set to expire on December 31, 2009. A vacancy currently exists on the Commission on Disability due to the resignation of Joan Cook.
