Pursuant to the request of the Mayor of the City of Fort Collins, a special meeting
of the City Council is hereby called for Tuesday,April 10, 2007 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council
Chambers at 300 LaPorte Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, for the purpose of convening
an Organizational Meeting to administer the Oaths of Office for the newly elected Mayor
and Councilmembers and the Selection of Mayor Pro Tern and any other matters that may
properly come before the Council.

I hereby certify that Councilmembers Karen Weitkunat, Diggs Brown, Kurt Kastein, Ben
Manvel, Kelly Ohlson, and David Roy were in attendance at the March 20, 2007 Regular
Meeting of the Council at which time Mayor Hutchinson called a Special Meeting for April
10, 2007.
